The Delaware County Transportation Management Association and Street Smarts of Delaware County worked with local high schools as they competed in the third annual DCTMA High School Seat Belt Challenge. This year Chichester, Penncrest, Archbishop Carroll, Archbishop Prendergast and Monsignor Bonner high schools participated in this year’s challenge, with Archbishop Prendergast taking the prize — a $500 grant to the sponsoring student organization.
